白骨观气功


    在具有了上述功理及功夫的水平上，我们再来研修白骨观气功。这也是佛家念力气功的准备功法。
    白骨观气功的目的是通过将人体视为一副白骨的修持，从而达到打开天目，为开发人体潜能做准备。
    现在，有不少气功师认为开了天目就等于具备了特异功能，更有甚者，以为人开天目而赚取暴利。其实，人开了天目只是修持高级功法，开发人体潜能的必备基础。
    白骨观气功包括四种功法：风影功、雷击功、山鸣功、泽荡功。每天子午各一次，每次一个时辰。全部功法约需修持一百天。其中，修持风影功四十九天，修持雷击功二十四天、修持山鸣功十八天、修持泽荡功九天。修持每种功的练法及目的如下：


    一、风影功

    背北朝南，双盘打坐。不能双盘的，也可以单盘。右腿在左腿上，双手重叠放在小腹前结成水火印。
    然后闭目，舌顶上膛，进行瞑想：
   （1）首先，瞑想自己的白骨出现在印堂穴中。只要这个图象一出现，便可大功告成。这时，可从天目中往外仔细看自己的这副白骨。如果没有出现，那么就加重意念想：“自身的全部骨骼在天目当中出现”。内心中这样想，意念加大，并闭目去仔细在天目之中寻找。直到此图象出现后再往下修。
   （2）瞑想这副白骨逐渐增大，直到与自身大小相等。
   （3）瞑想这副白骨逐渐变的非常清楚，连骨节也依稀可辩。当把自身的骨头完全看清后就收功。
    几点常识性要求；
    1．看到骨骼不要吃惊、害怕，也不要情绪激动，以免受惊吓而出病。      2．开天目时，印堂穴会有涨、痛、闷等感觉，这不是病，而是好现象。有这种感觉就说明印堂穴正在被练开。如果因头痛、涨、闷而不修持了，则是半途而废，十分可惜
    3．也可以只冥想自身的头骨在天目当中出现。如果你看到的只是头骨，那么也会打开天目。
    4．不可过分集中意念在头顶，以免头晕脑胀，而是要在印堂穴加重意念。
    5．天目还没有开的人，不能修持以后的功法。
    6．修持此功切忌急躁。只要欲界定了，那么自然会打开天目。


    二、雷击功

    背北朝南，双盘打坐。不能双盘的，也可以单盘。右腿在左腿上、双手交叉握紧，而两拇指并列放在食指上，此为山雷印。
    然后闭目，舌顶上膛，进行瞑想：
   （1）首先，瞑想从遥远的天空中传来一声巨大的雷声，它在印堂穴上撞击后，发出强大而不刺眼的白光。这时要加重意念，让这白光加亮。
   （2）瞑想这白光从印堂穴进入身体内，内视自己的骨骼在白光照射下显得非常清楚。
   （3）继续进行这种瞑想。最后，在自身的骨骼全被看清后，在一种自身是一堆白骨的感觉中收功。
    几点常识性要求；
    1．如果在白光中你看到了死去的亲人、你的过去或是未来的图象，请不要害怕，也不要激动。
    2．如果在白光中你看到有人在教你练功或对你说法、为你讲经，请按照那里面说的去做。请注意，不能把从中学到的东西告诉第三者。如果你的头脑中出现了这些图象，那么说明你已经同上师沟通上了。以后的功法对你来说，实在没有继续学下去的必要了。你将从此以后，逐渐具有多种功能。
    3．如果你看到灵界一些图象感到害怕，请马上在心中默念：“君子终日乾乾，夕惕。若厉，无咎。”念动十八遍后收功。
    4．其它一些，如风影功的常识性要求。  


    三、山鸣功

    背北朝南，双盘打坐。不能双盘的，也可以单盘。右腿在左腿上，双手扶住膝盖，手心与膝盖相合。
    然后闭目，舌顶上膛，进行瞑想：
   （1）首先，瞑想自己的喉咙是个五角形的窗口。当吸气时，宇宙中所有红光的物质全冲进窗口，结成一颗又红、又热、又大的丹。呼气时，这一丹往上走到印堂穴。冥想这一丹把天目烧开，使天目发涨、发热，并使印堂穴开了一个圆形的窗口。随丹的上升内视自己的喉咙、头骨。
   （2）如此六十四次。
   （3）然后，瞑想自己的膻中穴是个六角形的窗口。余外冥想如上。在丹上升时，同时要内视自己的胸腔、喉咙、头骨。
   （4）如此六十四次。
   （5）然后，瞑想自己的肚脐是个半月形的窗口。余外冥想如上。在丹上升时，同时要内视自己的脏器、胸腔、喉咙、头骨。
   （6）如此六十四次。
   （7）然后，瞑想自己的性器是个莲花形的窗口。余外冥想如上。在丹上升时，同时要内视自己的胯骨、脏器、喉咙、头骨。
   （8）如此六十四次。
   （9）然后，瞑想自己的长强穴是个三角形的窗口。余外冥想如上。在丹上升时，同时要内视自己的脊柱、肩胛骨、喉咙、头骨。
   （10）如此六十四次。然后收功。
    几点常识性要求；
    1．丹上升的速度要慢，内视也要慢。                                2．如果你想象不出宇宙中所有红光的物质全冲进窗口的话，也可以改成：想象天上的太阳来到窗口，变成一颗又红、又热、又大的丹。


    四、泽荡功

    背北朝南，双盘打坐。不能双盘的，也可以单盘。右腿在左腿上。双手合十立于胸前。
    然后闭目，舌顶上膛，进行瞑想：
   （1）首先，任意选四个字。如阿弥陀佛、一二三四、如是我闻、呼哪哈依．．．．．．。可依其个人喜好而定。笔者在修持时选用的字有呼哪哈依、哪妈斯的、嗥吁嗨嘻等等。
   （2）选定四个字后，分配如下：念第一个字时，想着肚脐；念第二个字时，想着膻中穴；念第三个字时，想着喉咙；念第四个字时，想着印堂穴。一边念，一边内视天目中出现的图像。
   （3）念时声音要慢、悠、轻、均、细，从丹田发出。
   （4）收功时，把手放下即可。
    几点常识性要求：
    1．选定的四个字不应让别的修持者知道。
    2．念动时以自己能听到为主。
    3．其它一切，如雷击功的常识性要求。
